Sharon Kelly Baker

Sharon's
creativity and devotion to serving the community through the
media arts have been the driving forces behind TELEDUCTION's
success for over 20 years. Her extensive international production
experience, working with leading cultural institutions, scholars
and private organizations like the Carter Presidential Center,
has netted her many prestigious industry awards.
Sharon
continues to pursue a life long interest in public affairs and
documentary filmmaking. A graduate of the University of Delaware,
she continued her professional development with master classes
in directing and editing. Expert in the art of the interview,
Sharon has traveled throughout the US and around the world, recording
the words and images of people from all walks of life. She is
also sought after as a speaker, conference panelist and moderator.
Her
films have been broadcast and distributed internationally,
via: the
Public Broadcasting System (PBS), American Public Television
(APT), A&E/The History Channel, The BRAVO Network, and National
Geographic Worldwide.
But
the broadcast outlet is just one of TELEDUCTION'S strengths.
Websites that accompany film productions now provide viewers
with expanded information, and leading educational distributors
continue to bring TELEDUCTION projects from the screen to the
classroom.

Julie Pfeifenroth

Julie
is a master of non-linear editing and computer imaging. On any
given day, she is busy composing masterpieces on our Windows
NT-based discreet logic's edit* system. Her visual aesthetic,
sense of timing and aural artistry come as naturally as the click
of a mouse. Check out Julie's final cut of Edward
Loper: Prophet of Color, a half-hour long EMMY Award Winning
documentary examining the artistic philosophy of our native Wilmington
painter.
Julie
is a graduate of the University of Delaware. Since joining TELEDUCTION
in 1993, her work has been showered with industry awards.

Daniel R. Collins

A graduate of Ithaca College, in New York, Dan brings
his journalism, grant-writing, screen-writing, and film production
experience to the TELEDUCTION team. A published author of poetry,
academic essays, and a former reporter, Dan has been instrumental
in bringing productions to fruition here since July 2001. His talents
shine in recent documentaries like Waterbound: The Story of Fort
Delaware, EMMY Award Winning, His Master's
Voice: The Marvelous Talking Machine; and With
All Deliberate Speed.

Pascal Dieckmann
Director of Photography |

Pascal
Dieckmann, an award winning photographer and cinematographer,
has been the Director of Photography for all major TELEDUCTION
projects since 1997. Pascal studied at the National Academy of
Cinematography in Berlin, Germany where he received the degree
of Master of Science in Video/Film Engineering and Camera Operation.
An expert documentary and lighting cameraman,
Pascal worked as a combat photographer in both the Gulf War and
Bosnian conflicts. He has filmed on location in Europe, the Middle
East, Asia and South America. He now lives in the United States
where his work is routinely seen on ABC, NBC (Dateline, Today, Nightly
News) MSNBC, CBS, FOX, ESPN, CNN, The Discovery Channel, the Bravo
Network, and the Public Broadcasting System.

to Guatemala for our documentary on immigration, Estamos
Aquí: We Are Here.

Eric Sennhenn

Eric Sennhenn is an expert cameraman with roots
in television production and documentary filmmaking. He graduated
from the Germantown Friends School and holds a Bachelor’s degree
from the University of the Arts. His expertise has enhanced TELEDUCTION
productions for more than a decade.
Eric has filmed for many award winning television
productions for WHYY and freelance producers, since 1968, specializing
in documentary camera work, including: Rap City; South Street Story;
Judith Jamison, Dancemaker; American Masters, 'Jasper Johns'; Musical
Kids; A Refusnik Diary; Thomas Eakins, Scenes from Modern Life;
Presidential Conversations on the Constitution, and many more.

Kate Baker Frawley

Kate is a 2002 graduate from the University of Delaware
with a B.A. in English and a minor in Black American Studies. Indispensable
here since December 1998 as the Special Projects Coordinator, Kate
is in charge of organizing screening premieres, outreach programs,
and all other TELEDUCTION events. She also handles everything from
client relations to program fulfillment. Kate's acting skills shine
in Drawing a Blank and (try to spot her in)
Whispers of Angels. Kate, who is
passionate about event planning, and her "personal assistants",
Daniel Franklin Frawley and Kiana Brooke Frawley represent the third
and fourth generations of the family business.

Janet Williams

Janet Williams is a designer with a unique ability
to focus in on the essence of an assignment and to interpret the
information in new and creative ways. She attended the Pennsylvania
Academy of Fine Arts and like several members of the TELEDUCTION
team, Janet graduated from the University of Delaware. before starting
her career as a graphic artist and video editor first at DuPont,
Boeing Helicopters and later at Telenium Media Group. With the onslaught
of the Internet Age, Janet developed a passion for web design. Technically
accomplished, she is equally comfortable working in both PC and
Macintosh platforms, and utilizes a range of design software including
SGI, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Javascript,
and Lightwave 3-D. "Janet is so quick. She has a wonderful ability
to take away a simple outline and return with a range of creative
options." TELEDUCTION President Sharon Baker adds, " Every site
she has created for us is visually unique."
